We support and service your measurement equipment through its entire life-cycle, from installation to preventive maintenance and calibration to equipment repair.
Single-use oxygen sensors utilize optical spot technology for measuring dissolved oxygen in bioprocessing applications that use single-use bags. METTLER TOLEDO single-use DO sensors are designed to be integrated securely into single-use bags by the bag manufacturer. With their robust design for optimal process safety, these single-use DO sensors ensure long-term stability for use throughout an entire batch process, while offering an output signal identical to a reusable sensor.
These single-use DO sensors use optical spot technology, also called fluorescence quenching technology, to give consistent and reliable oxygen measurements in bioprocessing applications.
These single-use optical DO sensors provide stable performance during long cell culture runs, ensuring the sensor will last through the entire batch.
METTLER TOLEDO single-use oxygen sensors can be used throughout a broad range of harsh applications, including cell culture, harvesting and fermentation.
The short pre-conditioning phase of METTLER TOLEDO single-use optical oxygen sensors ensures a quick start up time.
All wetted polymer materials used on single-use DO sensors are made of USP 88 VI certified materials to ensure the highest process safety to meet your biocompatibility requirements.
Single-use pH sensors from METTLER TOLEDO offer a unified design that allows safe and easy installation in a standard 1" Eldon James port disc, making them ideal for welding to bag stock.
The output signal of these single-use pH probes is identical to that of METTLER TOLEDO reusable pH probes, to allow easy integration into existing transmitters and process environments.
We support and service your measurement equipment through its entire life-cycle, from installation to preventive maintenance and calibration to equipment repair.
Single-use oxygen sensors (or single-use dissolved oxygen sensors) are sensors for DO measurement that are designed to be integrated into single-use bags by the bioreactor bag manufacturer. METTLER TOLEDO single-use DO sensors measure the oxygen concentration by an optical measurement principle and can be used in a wide range of bioprocessing applications that require dissolved oxygen measurement inside single-use bags. With their robust design for optimal process safety, METTLER TOLEDO single-use optical DO sensors ensure long-term stability for use throughout an entire batch while offering an output signal identical to that of a reusable sensor. All wetted polymer materials are made of USP 88 VI certified materials.
Single-use oxygen sensors are directly integrated into the single-use bag (SUB) by the bioreactor bag supplier and cannot be taken out and replaced. The complete SUB assembly with the single-use DO sensor is gamma irradiated and is shipped pre-sterilized to the biopharmaceutical producer. Consequently, integrated single-use oxygen sensors will never be removed from the reactor and will also never be autoclaved.
The InSUS 607 by METTLER TOLEDO is a single-use DO sensor designed for integration into single-use bags. This single-use oxygen sensor uses optical technology to provide fast, accurate dissolved oxygen measurements. The shelf life is 36 months dry storage and the disposable DO sensor is made of USP 88 VI certified materials to ensure the highest process safety.
METTLER TOLEDO sells single-use sensors directly to bioprocess equipment manufacturers for integration into their single-use devices. These sensors are not directly sold to end users. If you are interested in single-use pH sensors or single-use dissolved oxygen sensors for your manufacturing operation, contact your bioprocess device manufacturer and ask them for METTLER TOLEDO InSUS single-use sensors.
