We support and service your measurement equipment through its entire life-cycle, from installation to preventive maintenance and calibration to equipment repair.
Tunable diode laser spectrometers are designed to measure concentrations of a range of common gases in industrial production environments. The METTLER TOLEDO series of GPro 500 TDL spectrometers can monitor oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, moisture, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen chloride, ammonia and methane. Each GPro 500 TDL spectrometer can integrate with process adaptions that enable measurement directly in the gas stream in a wide range of process environments.
The GPro 500 TDL analyzer offers a modular design, allowing you to pair the parameter that you want to monitor with the process adaption that best fits your application.
These tunable diode laser gas spectrometers can provide a measurement in less than 2 seconds. This allows users to take quick actions to prevent explosive conditions from forming.
METTLER TOLEDO TDL spectrometers can measure oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, moisture, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen chloride, ammonia and methane.
With maintenance-prone sampling and conditioning systems not required, these tunable diode laser spectrometers provide consistent performance, with maintenance needed only once per year.
METTLER TOLEDO offers a TDL spectrometer for detecting water vapor at ppm levels. This analyzer is ideal for corrosion prevention at chlorine compressors.
Select tunable diode laser spectrometers provide multiple measurements with a single analyzer, including a CO2% & CO% analyzer and a CO ppm and methane analyzer.
We support and service your measurement equipment through its entire life-cycle, from installation to preventive maintenance and calibration to equipment repair.
Tunable diode laser spectrometers, or TDL spectrometers for short, are gas analyzers that are used for measuring the concentration of specific species within a gas mixture, using laser absorption spectrometry. In a TDL spectrometer, a laser beam, tuned to identify a particular gas species, passes through the gas to a detector. The presence of this gas in the stream causes light absorption and reduced signal intensity. The light that arrives at the detector of the TDL spectrometer is captured by a photodiode and analyzed to quantify the gas concentration.
METTLER TOLEDO GPro 500 TDL analyzers offer measurement of carbon monoxide (CO%), carbon dioxide (CO2%), hydrogen chloride (HCl), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), gaseous oxygen (O2), methane, ammonia and moisture. These can be paired with a wide range of process adaptions to provide the tunable diode laser analyzer to meet your requirements. For example, an oxygen gas analyzer can be paired with a filter probe to allow you to install an oxygen TDL analyzer in a gas stream that has a heavy particulate content. That same oxygen gas analyzer can be paired with a wafer adaption to create an in-line TDL gas analyzer for oxygen in a small line size (down to DN50).
