Double Your Applications with Micro-Volume and Cuvette Spectroscopy

The UV5Nano UV/Vis spectrophotometer enables concentration and purity determination of nucleic acids and protein samples down to 1 μL - or up to cuvette measurements, to support both OD600 and protein assay applications.

To allow a quick onboarding with the instrument, it features ready-to-use bio applications for Nucleic Acids (DNA, RNA, mRNA, Oligos, etc.) with QC Ratios (260/280 and 260/230), protein assays, and cell density.

The instrument can be operated with the 21 CFR part 11 compliant LabX™ UV/VIS software or stand-alone, allowing full flexibility or a minimized footprint.

Performance Verification

With regular UV/Vis performance verification, you can always be sure that your instrument is working properly and that your results are accurate and reliable. The performance verification tests are US and European Pharmacopeia compliant and include, among other tests, photometric accuracy, photometric linearity, wavelength accuracy, resolution, and stray light.

The automated CertiRef™ and LinSet™ modules provide full traceability of test results and are easily installed within seconds.
